so, I got a gift-card from my lovely uncle this christmas...
the only problem is that I cant use it!!!
he bought it in Denmark (becouse he lives in Denmark) and I live in Sweden...
and i have an Itunes account made in sweden which means I cant use the gift card...
well, after some time my uncle decided to try to get a refund but Apple refuzed to give it! Even thought it's un-used!!
thats why Im pissed @ apple...

Yup, Der-Kleine's advice might work... Just give it a shot and see how things go from there!

    As above.

The loophole in the iTunes store means that as long as you have a real address in any particular country you can set up an iTunes account in that country. You can then use iTunes cards or promo codes that are attached to that country.

The downside is that you can only attach a payment plan (credit card e.g.) if it is registered in the same country as the iTunes account.

Apple have had this loophole in from the start and have not taken it out so we can only presume they don't mind it being exploited, especially a many countries are only just seeing an App Store on line.

I wonder how many US iTunes accounts are registered to 1 Infinite Loop...
