backup cydia source list for update?

    is there a way to backup the cydia source list for when the jailbreak comes out for 2.2?

    I may be wrong, but think he is asking is there any way to save that list from within the device itself, instead of having to re-enter after an upgrade, such as by saving and re-uploading a pref file

    yeah, i know that's what he mean. but i think that's is not possible.

    so i gave him the list.

    ah right I just thought maybe there was a file or somethin I could grab via SSH and put back when updated and jailbroken

    Isn't that exactly what apt backup does? (I think it backs up which apps have been downloaded too)... not sure... when I upgraded to 2.1 it did jack all so I don't trust it.
