    Hello.

I had to re jailbreak my 2.1 and when i did i had to re download all of my books from stanza.

is there a way I can back up all my books so when I jailbreak 2.2 I dont have to re download all my books?

You have to open up the Stanza directory with an SSH client (it'll be some random name in /var/mobile/Applications) and then open the Documents folder. Your books will be listed in there as numbers - copy the whole folder to your computer. If this is a Touch 2G and you installed Stanza via iTunes, it should back up your books when you sync Stanza back on.

Only when using a jailbroken books app, if one still exists.
