    Hey guys.

I own a 32GB 3rd generation iPod Touch. I have jailbroken it using blackra1n and it is working perfectly. I have installed many applications using Cydia. Now if I want to upgrade from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 and use the Spirit JB instead, I would have to restore, right? How do I take a backup of all my iTunes/Cydia apps?

your itunes apps should automatically backed up everytime that yu sync, for your cydia apps you can download aptbackup from cydia and open the app click back up, then after you restore your ipod you click restore from back up, then jailbreak go in cydia redownload aptbackup and then click restore it will add all your cydia apps the you previously downloaded

P.S i recomend restoring and just starting as a new ipod

just make a list of all your cydia apps and redownload them

Shift restore to the 3.1.3. You might need your SHSH by now, as Apple probably has stopped signing 3.1.3.
