    Hi guys.

So after restoring my iPod last week (Installed InfiniDock and all icons stopped working completely...), I got around to setting my iPod up again this evening.

I installed all my usuals, SBSettings, iFile etc. Then I decided to have a play around with some new apps. So I installed Backgrounder and ProSwitcher, and I have to say I absolutely love them!

I know that both these apps decrease battery time, but am I right in thinking battery time is only lessened when the apps are actually being used?
I.E. if I am not backgrounding any apps, the battery wont be affected right?
