Alright so I have an Ipod Touch 2nd Generation. Recently I plugged it in and it reads my iPod and says that it can't read the contents on my iPod and the only way to fix it is to restore it. I really don't want to loose all my apps. Is there a program or a way to save my apps?

Then you can't back up your apps.
