Not at the moment, but quick time pro makes it easy to get those working on the touch via a re-encode

    play file formats

between ffmpeg, handbrake, and popcorn you can re-encode just about everything you watch on your mac onto your iPod Touch

Videroa only works on Windows, ffmpeg is the best and fastest one I have used yet, but handbrake works better for ripping dvds.

    Video Hub

VideoHub is more robust. Same makers as iSquint. It is great, it has premade options for the different iPods, including and iPhone option which works well for the Touch. Just drop your file and hit the button, nice and easy. Only problem is you have to pay.
