I have Vista on my computer and after I installed LIBusb (in compatibility mode Windows XP sp2) I noticed that Vista could no longer use Autoplay to find my iPod 2g in My Computer/Explorer. I cannot see it at all not even in the device manager. Yet, itunes is able to detect it and sync with it. I have reinstalled iTunes thinking that was it, but it must be LIBusb. Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated since I thought compatibility would fix it but I guess not.

    Thank You

Trying to see screenshots and edited photos. After I ran LIBusb and went through the jailbreak my ipod couldn't be started with or even seen with Vista's Autoplay feature.

don't look under devices/removable drives, the ipod touch was not meant for that, just go to "my computer" and see if next to your drives (I.E. Hard drive, DVD Drive) and see if your ipod is listed there

It should, in Vista, have a Camera icon with the title "Apple iPod"
Now that you are jailbroken whats stopping you uninstalling libusb?
