GimmeSomeTune does that, and does it well. It also gets album artwork if you don't have any, and it's freeware.

I use Windows Vista, so GimmeSomeTunes won't work for me.

iTunesFriend works for most popular music. It is much simpler, but does not include artwork. You select a song in iTunes and it fetches the lyrics.

No other customization like GST, but okay.

;S i'm a mac and i used to use an applescript to tell iTunes to change the song every 30 seconds and used a widget (can't recall it's name right now) to fetch the lyrics, it was inexact and slow but did the dirty job, maybe you can do something similar, by seting the start time and the end time in all songs to 30 seconds and just snag a programs to do the fetch and leave it a loooooong time
    gut luck m8

I use evil lyrics it's pretty good. Just keep it open when u have iTunes open and whenever u play a song on iTunes it searches for the lyrics

Go into Cydia, and get dTunes. Through that application, you can search for songs and their lyrics, and you can download them to you iPod Touch/iPhone.
