autocorrection

    Is there anyway to add words to the auto correction dictionary?

    Umm I clicked that link and it took me to the thread about changing your password. I couldn't find anything about autocorrection there!

    If you read the article I link to in that link, you'll find out that the file that handles autocorrection also stores passwords in plain text. Hence the security issue.

    Yeah i looked at the article. The file in question kinda of just lists randomly words that you type on your ipod. I added some words that i wanted to auto correct some worked some did not. It was iffi.

    Digging up an old thread instead of making a new one.

    I turned auto correction off using advanced prefs in the 1.1.3 jailbreak, and wow is the keyboard much more responsive. Anyone else notice the difference? The stupid autocorrect was always getting in the way anyway.
