DO NOT JUMP THE GUN AND DOWNLOAD THE LATEST VERSION THINKING IT WILL WORK FOR YOU.

As far as Operating System goes, it does not matter whether you use:
    -Microsoft Windows Vista
    -Microsoft Window XP
    -Mac OS X Leopard
    -Mac OS X Tiger
    THEY ALL WORK.

    There is no difference between 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, AND 2.4

The changes for each version were only for iPHONE users. It is still the same for iPod Touch Users.

ZiPHONE WAS DESIGNED FOR THE iPHONE.
    NOT THE iPOD TOUCH.
IF IT WORKS, you either have an 8 GB iPod Touch or you got damn lucky and have a 16 GB working.

For 16 GB or Higher users, it is PURE Luck. You cannot reproduce the same results TWICE in a row. I've TRIED.

ADD: As lilplaya2567 pointed out, Most apps still do not work for 1.1.3.

Till people get it right and we see less posts of people not getting it to work and asking why.

EDIT: And also save people time and maybe give them a few more months on the SSD Drive.

you do know the ipod and iphone have very very similar technologies. just afew tweaks here and there will make the ziphone work for the ipod without any problems but ofcourse as zibree himself doesn't have a ipod he cant do it but anyone who is maybe part of the dev team or just knows what their doing... should get the source code of ziphone and modify it to work flawlessly with the ipod.

seriously this stuff should just be common knowledge if people were to look at the threads on the first page. it's kinda sad that another topic had to be made stating all of that.

Yes I know they have SIMILAR technologies. But not the same.

But I do agree with you that the dev team or someone whos good with code should take a look. I think the source code IS available in Zibri's site.

I think it is because it was meant for the (used to be) one and only 8GB iPhone. then there was uhh... 16GB. this is an iPod touch forum so we don't know for sure if this does work for the 16GB iPhone.

    8GB: Easy peasy
    16GB: lucky charms
    32GB: rape simulation
