I had a little cd problems in the beginning, sorry.
This attempt had failed. It's bizarre, because the command nor_read is built into the build planetbeing had released. :L

I still think this is nowhere near stable for the public to use

It's not? I'm not sure why anyone would want to do this unless they're interested in the kernel.

Wow, you need to learn a few basic commands. To gain root access on the system..

    Code:
    su
    ...

    Code:
    ls
will list all files and directories that are not hidden in the current directory.

    Code:
    cd
can be used to change the directory to absolute path name, or relative path name depending on your location in the file system.

You are obviously in the wrong directory if you typed

    Code:
    user@desktop:~$ sudo ./loadibec openiboot-2g.img3
    [sudo] password for user:
    and got

    Code:
    sudo: ./loadibec: command not found
The tilde symbol (~) means you are in your home directory. (/usr/home/<user> or /home/<user>)

What distribution? Ubuntu (FAIL) has problems running su.

If you set the password correctly, it would be user. So you have either not set it correctly, or you're running Ubuntu.
