Don't know why previous thread was closed, the guy just wanted honest feed back.

In anyways i made a thread because i wanted to ask some questions.

-Does the brushed metal looks feel like its been brushed (you can feel the gratings)
-Is the skin soft (as in its like vinyl), so will it be susceptible to scratches or depressions?

Other than that, skin looks really nice, interested in buying one.
However it would be nice if it came in the gunmetal color, sort of like the bezel of the ipod touch but lighter in tone.

    Just my 2 cents

    wow :"]
    thanks mate

    to answer your questions.
1- the brushed metal look is purely graphical. you wont feel it.
However it is part of the plastic, so its very durable.

2- mm the atomicplate is made of flexisheet.
    its basically a thin plastic.
however dont let the name fool you, as it did to me.
if your try to bend it to form a right angle or a more acute angle, it will snap!

unfortunately i only have access to the brushed aluminum and brushed gold color sheets.

so a more gunmetal one is impossible.

However i am workin on a 2nd atomic plate. that looks and works differntly to the original atomicplate.

i hope to have it finalized and revealed by early next week.

    look forward to it :]

    ------------------

acutally teh 2nd atomic plate that i hope to be revealing next week was supposed to be the original.
but although the idea worked on my mock up model, when i tried to do it on the flexisheets (atomicplate) it SNAPPED!

so i had to go back to drawing board.

however... i think that many of you will like the 2nd atomic plate.
the idea came and was refined >
from many of the requests and ideas i read on all case forums.

If a good thread is pointlessly closed, you know it was Skyler who closed it. He's the one and only bad mod on this forum.

    yea its a skin
    think 'decal girl skins'

except its not a soft vinyl sticker but a hard skin.

plus it looks great and is durable.

im tryin to make accesories that people want or may want.

    research and development.
    on what people ask for.

thats what spurred the designs for the original stuff.

    i felt that
many people liked the original rhinoskins.
but due to time issues i had to stop its production abruptly.

it seemed like alot of people were interested in the originals (rhinoskin/plate)
so i decided to bring them back, and even updated them in the process.

its more about my enjoyment in making accessories.
and i appreciate the feedback and support i get from fellow touch owners.
