AT&T to start capping data pla. - no longer unlimited

    It never was unlimited for the iPhones, it's was 5gb, iPad was however unlimited.

    I've used 7+ my first month... I never got billed any higher.

    And I'm really grateful I'm going to keep my unlimited data, all that means is I can't cancel this contract.

    And AT&T, way to screw people out of more money. All this means is we now have to have an alert when we get close to our data limit.

    Well I mean I've been getting the same bill price, and using under 5GB's.

    yeah this really is bad news for iphone users who actually use their iphone for its media capabilities. I think it is time for the government to regulate these carriers like they do in Europe and other countries

    You can't use much more then 5GB. Well I mean, I can't. Some of you might.

    It's always been capped technically though.
