Yup, I can't wait for this to happen (although I don't have an iDevice atm and not getting one until September).

I'm glad AT&T is finally allowing us to tether.

I've been tethering with MyWi for a while now, but probably won't anymore if they'll charge for it...
Eh, I was expecting them to charge anyways. It was only a matter of time.

Wow this really sucks for iphone users who rely on their unlimited data plan. if you ask me, this is major BS coming from at&t, they are getting worse by the minute.

If you think about it for a sec, the megabyte per dollar you pay is way MORE EXPENSIVE now, taking into account that previously for $30 you get unlimited data plan (5GB) which is almost 3x more that what they are offering at $25 (2Gb). The 200MB data plan is major FAIL except for those who only use their iphone for work/bushiness, the rest of the population who actually use their iphone for media purposes are SCREWED, no more you tube videos no more apps downloads, let alone the rumored video calling etc.

I hope for the customers sakes that the rumors of the iphone coming to Verizon are true

That's it. I'm going to an AT&T store right now to get a 3GS with the unlimited data plan then upgrade when the new iPhone comes out during the next few weeks. $25 for 2GB cap, that's ridiculous, for $5 more I can get the unlimited(more like capped at 5GB) but still a hell of a lot better deal.

According to them, you will be able to keep you're existing iPhone unlimited data plan if you upgrade to the new iPhone model.

So, if I am interpreting this correctly, I can keep my unlimited data plan on my iPad, and not have to switch to the $25 plan? Sweet. Sucks for you if you buy an iPad after June 7!
