Does AT&T charge when I place an international call and nobody answers? Like its still ringing when I hang up, nothing has picked up.

No, you do not get charged.
If it rings, you do not get charged.
If they pick up, you get charged.
I always miss call my cousins and if all it does is ring then you will not get charged.

I like finding numbers from different countries and calling to see what the call tone sounds like. Germany has a screeching sound xP

    Yes sir.
I let it ring for a couple seconds, to insure they got the call.
Then I hang up and I do not get charged. Been doing it for years now.
Its an easy way for me to let them know im still alive and that I care haha

Just make sure it does not go to a voicemail or make sure nobody picks up accidentally. Then you will get charged.
My cousins have picked up on me before haha. 3 bucks each time.

    Lmao. Interesting. haha.
And I do believe so. For me, it is free. I have never had any problems with it.
If you have tried it before, look on your bill to see if you were charged.
But you really should not have been.

Well I just started doing this. So far every European country I've called has had a different sound. Britain is the best I think =p Germany and France have a very similar screeching sound. Where should I call next??
