I think you have to do it while its on the white screen.

it was definetly dfu mode (black screen, nothing shows up but ipod is running) - itunes showed it as an restore mode, maybe there is any command that will put it definetly to dfu mode ?

and the second thing is that i've never managed to see the white screen ... only black and black ... maybe theres something wrong with my ipod touch ?

I'm just gonna summarize what you should do to get the iPod working.

    Put it into DFU Mode.
Start rslite, and send !iBSS211.dfu. The little bit on the left should say [DFU] while doing this. After sending it, the iPod's screen should automatically go white.
Start rslite again, and send #pwn211ibss.txt. The little bit on the left should say [Recovery] while doing this. The screen should still be white.
Send !iBSS221pwn.dfu. The little bit on the left should still say [Recovery] while sending this. The screen should flash and then be white.
Start rslite again, and send !iBoot221pwn.img3 if you are a tethered jailbreak, !iBoot221semi.img3 if you are a semi-tethered jailbreak. It should soon go to the Apple Logo and will be booting. There are extra commands if you are a semi-tethered jailbreak.

If your iPod does not go white at the step where it says you should, then your jailbreak has problems and you might want to try restoring and re-jailbreaking.

As jlocalled points out, you do not send those commands in DFU mode.

Wait... You said you're on WINDOWS, but you have an rslite log in your original post. What up with that?

yeah, you can't send any command to make it go into DFU mode, or most people wouldn't be messing up as much.

So just do what jlocalled said, and restore your iPod to the Normal FirmWare, and then try Jail breaking again.
