Are there any way to save useename & password in Safari

    is there a way to remember username & password in Safari, so i do not have to type it in everytime i log in to some forums, like they do in firefox.....

    When I click on the bookmarked icon on the homepage, it automatically displays my ID. I only need to put the password in. It's one less step.

    1) Put your Sign in ID in the field box; then
    2) Bookmark the website as a homepage.

    I beleive there is some kind of app on installer that lets you save login information and it auto puts it in every time or somthing

    I didn't think there was one - just some websites (like this one) use cookies to keep you logged in. I don't think there's any sort of way to auto-store/enter username/password in Safari currently.
