After doing a backup on AptBackup and syncing it to iTunes, if I decide to restore my ipod Touch with a non-jailbroken firmware, will the jailbroken applications sync also? (same question if I decide to upgrade it to 3.0)
If yes, is there a way to delete them or to extract them from the iPod w/o jailbreaking my ipod again or do I have to jailbreak my ipod?

    Thanks

aptbackup only creates a list of the apps you downloaded

you have to jailbreak and redownload aptbackup and click the restore (or whatever) button

But it the copy syncs with the backup on iTunes, right?

    Most likely

    I couldn't be certain though.

And if I decide to restore it to a normal firmware, will the backed list also sync with my iTunes backup?
