appsnapp gone!

    its a sad time.​
    today i went to go jailbreak my friends ipod touch 1g with firmware 1.1.1 so i went to jailbreakme.com and it said appsnapp has been shutdown. i know its not that big of a deal but i kind of think that its the end of an era!
    i think a moment of silence is i order.​

    it's probably been shut down for months, it wasn't too much of use to those on 2.0 and 3.0...

    The site had to shutdown. This is because the owners are now developing or have a developers licence for the AppStore. Part of Apples rules states that you must not help or develop for jailbreaking. Hosting those files meant that they were directly doing that and therefore could lose their licence.

    Im sure its being hosted elsewhere.

    Its just a tiff file and a bin file.
