I just updated to 3.1 with pwnagetool 3.1.3 (My device is a iPod touch 2G)
And have been enjoying my apps again, but most (With the exception of a few) crash upon boot. Some apps such as The Sims 3 work perfectly.

I'd Rather not restore because i've spent all day making my theme work flawlessly with 3.1, until i ran into this.

    Thanks,

    Hex

Are you referring to apps from Cydia? You mentioned Sims 3, referring to a post jailbreak status. You don't need to jailbreak to run apps purchased from the App Store. Are you referring to pirated apps?

No, I'm talking about apps that are legit and bought from the app store.
My sims 3 example is for one of the few that actually do work.

Cydia apps, however do work no problem.
Apps like TTR,TTR2,Shazam,WhiteNoise etc etc do not work, but a few do like Limechat and Sims 3

I apologize, your wording makes it sound like you were unable to enjoy your apps until you updated to 3.1 via pwnagetool 3.1.3.

The use of the word "again" makes it sound like there was a time when you were unable to use your apps, which I incorrectly assumed meant illegal software awaiting a jailbreak.

So it sounds like your paid apps do work and the free apps don't. Um you can always try deleting and re-downloading an app (let's say TTR) and see if it'll work. Before that try rebooting, respringing, or simply locking/unlocking.

Also try an app called swapmode on cydia. It will disable all extensions and then respring, causing the idevice to be an extremely low state of memory/processor usage. This should help with crashing.
