I have a couple of apps on my springboard that when I go into categories and my list comes up, they aren't there.
It started when I went to use an app and noticed that it was gone from the original folder I had placed it in. I then used poof and saw that it was turned off. I turned them on and they appeared on my springboard but now I can't add them back it. I tried it on other apps and it works fine. I also tried deleting them, syncing, downloading them again and syncing.
    Any ideas?

Try reinstalling your app that you are trying to put into a categories. If that doesn't work, try rebuilding the springboard cache. By the way, how many apps are in your folder? That may be the reason why you have this problem.

I tried uninstalling both from itunes and my touch but that didn't work. I only have 13 apps in that folder and I have more in others and they work fine.
How do I rebuilding the springboard cache?

did you try just removing it from and re-adding to the category?

It was in a category and for whatever reason it landed on my springboard. Now I am unable to place it back in a category. But it will disappear if I use poof... Which I really don't want to do.
