    Hey all,

I've had my touch a few days now, and I love it. After a few failed jailbreak attempts, I thought wtf, and left it on official firmware (using the shift click restore).

I thought all was dandy, but it seems that whenever I plug my iPod in, and change my music or something, my apps just stop working.

They basically load for about 2 seconds, then cut out and my iPod returns to the home screen. I reinstalled them before (through the app store), and they worked fine. I plug my iPod in again the next day, and after unplugging, the apps stop working. All my music and photos are fine - any idea why this happens to my apps?

Any help appreciated! (And if it makes any difference, when I plug in, I don't have my internet activated. Not sure why it would change anything, but hey.)

    1. Restore your iPod.
    2. Before iTunes starts to sync again the applications, cancel the sync.
    3. Uninstall iTunes.
    4. Install iTunes again.

That should probably fix your iPod.
    Good luck!

Well, I've done that. Bought iCopter as a test app (which is oddly addictive), synced my music and photos to my iPod, and shutdown/booted back up, and so far, so good

I'll start another thread should I encounter the problem again - thanks for the info
