Since I jailbroke my iPod Touch running iOS 4.0 with jailbreakme, the order of my apps is wrong in iTunes and it doesn't show the folders. How can I fix it?

If your running a theme it kinda messes itunes' way of interpreting an ipod.

    Oh okay.

Edit: I disabled the theme and it's still the same.

I'm having the same problem. The only modification I have on Springboard is multitasking and wallpapers.

    I had the same problem.

I tried reinstalling iTunes and still nothing worked.I also removed things from Cydia and it still didn't fix it.

I'm afraid the only solution for now would be a restore.

Thats what I did and I hate that it had to come to that.

Do you have infinifolders or iconsupport? Messed up icon pages are common if you have infinifolders.

I never had those programs so something else could be causing the problem. All I know is I restored and it fixed it.

I really don't want to restore, that would be a huge pain.

It was a huge pain.I wasn't able to restore my backup.I had to restore as a new iPod.Although it sucks having to sync your iPod and have all your Apps out of order.
