I dropped my ipod in the sink, it died, but I fixed it up and now it's working again. Only thing is - I CANT USE ANY APPS!

I go in, and it kicks me out. Something to do with water damage? Like an app recognition chip or sumthin? I cleaned out all the white corrosion so its kinda better.

Any way to make it work again? Lol.

I have 9 pages of apps so I don't want to download them all again -.-

Restore in iTunes. Resyncing apps is a small price to pay.

Has nothing to do with dropping it in the sink. This happened to me like 3 times after i bought my ipod. Just like hellrider said, restore in itunes and it will fix your problem.

such a thing happened with me too,i cudnt open any app.
when i connected my ipod to itunes, there came a sign above ' syncing to ipod' even when i didnt start any syncing , its better if you cancell it (this is what the guy who fixed it back told me) cux they're onway apps and this allows them to sync to your PC and so they dont wrk, sumthin like tht

Just backup your iPod in iTunes.

DFU + Restore it, then restore from backup AFTER JAILBREAKING!
