I have about 50 apps in my iTunes and I had to do a restore. I have Cydia MobileTerminal and Icy all up to date and running fine.

My issue is that all of the apps in my iTunes are installing on the phone but around half of them are not appearing in my springboard.

    Any idea?

Should I delete springboard.plist file. If so, where do I find that?

I have installed Poof! app to see if they are just hidden but that is not the case.

Thanks for looking into my issue.

    1. ditch Icy - it's cr@p, can damage system files (and could be your problem) and is not supported any more.

    2. You're probably aware that you have a maxi, mum number of apps you can view on the springboard (11 pages x 16 apps plus 4 in the dock). I just mention it in case.

    3. If you restore from an iTunes backup that may be your issue. Try a clean restore and resync your stuff.

It would have to be item be item #3. The problem started before I installed Icy. I have not hit the capacity of apps so it's not that either.

But when I restored the phone it had not synced yet. Why would a fresh restore change it. I really don't want to loose all my email accounts, notes, phone number, settings ect.
    Thanks for the swift reply.

cause a fresh restore, resets all the broken settings.

get a programm like Outlook wich saves your contracs and emails. And after saving it, you can resync with your "new" iphone
