Me and my uncle share the same apple account, except we live in different places. I purchased the January Software Upgrade today, and now whenever he goes to buy them, it tells him they've already purchased (obviously),but question to you is, how can we get the apps onto his iPod Touch too? He tried syncing them, and it didn't work. Any help?

I believe you have to send him the files from one of the itunes folders. If you go through other threads like this you will file the exact file root.

    EDIT: Here you are, windows

    C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\Mobile Applications\

File is "iPod touch App Pack 4A93.ipa"

So I just have him put that file into the exact folders I have mine in? Then just sync and it will be there?

Yes i believe so, i think you also have to be connected to the iTunes account.

It didn't seem to work, did you possible leave something out? We put it in the same folder, were both connected to itunes and the account, he synced and restarted and it was a no-go.

Hmm maybe you have to restore back to 1.1.3 and it will update with the apps. If it doesn't after that try syncing again?

So you mean just click restore, and you think it will sync with the apps?
