Few minutes ago, my iPod touch suddenly shut down because the battery was empty. Well, I began to charge it and restarted. But now I can't start any of the apps. There's just a message popping up, that the app couldn't be started (I don't know the exact message on English since I'm German and my iPod is on German...)
    How to fix that?

Try a DFU restore. Fixes ~98% of all problems!

Yeah, unless your iPod is bricked.

By accident, I'm now stuck in Recovery Mode. But I don't want to recover now, I need to save some data before. Afterwards I'll recover, it's the best

Can you tell me how to get out of the Recovery Mode? Already tried ZiPhone and some combinations of Power- and Home-button I found on some websites...

Which is a very small chance of that unless you purposely brick it. But who would do such a thing? And DFU should fix everything otherwise. Click Here if you don't know how to already.

    1) If it is going to recovery mode, its going for a reason. You probably won't be able boot it. (I could be wrong though)
Unless you accidentally put it there.

    2) I'd watch your signature, I'm not too sure on how they deal with swearing.

Bgizzle says he allows the users to be "tasteful." But not extreme material at the discretion.

All you have to do is accidentally drop it and you can totally destroy it.
