    Hi guys, happy new years!

Well as he title states, apps are slow to exit when I press my homebutton, no I DO NOT have too many processes running. Apps open and load justnfine but they take 5+ seconds to close. His problem appeared suddenly and I hav nevr encountered this issue earlier in my usage in my iPod touch. A search of the forums or on googles ends up fruitless. I am running 3.1.2 jailbroken iPod touch second generation. I doubt this is normal, an form o help would be appreciated. Thanks a bunch in advance, I know forum members are usually fats to respond. Enjoy 2010!

It takes a while to quit any program anyways.

So what your saying is that apps will close slowly aand look like they crash, and this is normal? Well I'm glad I don't have to so a restore or something. Feedback from other members would be appreciated, I just like to see what people say.

Happens to me too. It's normal. I'm guessing it doesn't do this with the iPhone 3G or the new iPod touch.

this happens on my jailbroken 2G on 3.1.2, it's normal when u r jailbroken. I sometimes use SwapMode(Cydia app) when playing games. it can toggle between default(JB) mode n Game mode(turns off JB extension) with just a respring like safemode. Apps close fine with minimize effect on SwapMode.
