Is there 3rd party applications that use the Google Maps technology (and not the Navizon GPS technology) for iPod touch/iPhone?

I remember I saw one for the iPhone, that used the towers information only, and behaved in a very similar way as Google Maps locator - no Navizon account. But I don't remember what's the name of the application.

Yes, it's LocateMe, from soneso.com source.
    Thanks!

Now... it would have been nice if there would have been the source code available

Meanwhile I watched today's keynote about the SDK. And I saw that in the Cocoa framework for the iPhone there's Core Location, that does exactly what I want, in a system library. What wasn't clear for me is if Core Location is already in the iPod/iPhone 1.1.3 (and actually used by Google Maps) or if it will be added in 2.0.
