I would first like to say hello i have been lurking on this site where I successfully jailbroke my touch first try. I used itouchmaster's automated guide I found here. Everything went great but I didnt have the iPhone apps so I tried to follow itouchmaster's guide. I tried using his file transfer program CuteFTP but when I tried to access my touch from there it would not connect. I entered the username root and password alpine along with my touch's ip address into port 22 just like it said. What have i done wrong?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Its possible you have the app called services.app installed and you have "ssh" option turned off.

What is cuteftp saying? Also make sure you are using the right ip. It should start with like 192.168.*.* usually.
