If you see the Application in the Applications Library in iTunes, do the following:

    Plug in your iPod.
Click your iPod in iTunes so you see the Summary page.
On the top, you see tabs, click Applications.
    Select "Sync all Applications"
    Press Apply.

For an easier way (sometimes doesnt work), plug your iPod in and right click it in iTunes.
    Click Transfer Purchases
    (try the first way first)

The discussion of cracked apps on this forum is entirely non-allowed.
Please read the rules before posting. Im sorry to inform you, but I have, in fact, reported you.

Dont expect the good members of this forum to jump right off our asses to make your life easier by helping you succesfully transfer cracked apps to and from your iPod

The developers take a good amount of time to develop apps and should be rewarded with a small pay. If you cant even pay the developers a measly 1-5 dollars for downloading apps, then you shouldnt'ove bought an iPod touch in the first place, you obviously have money...

DONT COME TO THIS f***ING FORUM TO GET HELP WITH CRACKED APPS

(excuse my language but I READ THE RULES UNLIKE SOMEONE ^^^ and swearing is allowed unless it gets too out of hand but I figured under the circumstances...)

It does not matter. Redistributing any code from the App Store, for free or paid apps is illegal. Redistributing copyrighted code without permission under all circumstances is theft. Don't try and be smart and argue your way out of this, you are wrong and if you carry on you'll get much more than a warning.
