Press ctrl + a in WinSCP at the root directory (/), and then go to Commands at the top, and click "Clear Caches".

if i right click i honestly dont see clear cache :S I only see open, edit, copy, duplicate, move, move to, delete, rename, custom commands, file names and properties.

In the custom commands there is no clear cache either

    Thanks though

Your applications have been moved by Cydia ro var/root/stash/Applications.somethingrandom. Something random is a random string of letters.

This a different type of error where you can not open either.

Dude, select all the folders, and then, at the TOP OF THE PROGRAM, in the middle, it says "Commands". Click that, and then go down to the bottom of the list and select Clear Caches.
