application folder

    i was just messing arroun with ssh on my ipod and was going to place a program in the applications folder, which i have moved with bosstools. i noticed that it was an applications folder inside the applications folder (/applications/applications) which included all the same apps which was in the first applications folder

    is that suppose to be there or can i just delete it? it migth have been that i moved the applications folder twice beacuse i had som issues with bosstools

    The "second" folder (/Applications/Applications) is doing nothing aside from taking up space. Go ahead an delete it.

    No problem. I still don't think you successfully moved your applications folder, however.

    it has been moved, but maybe not the right way. it used to be in /var/stash/applications (or something like that) and now its /var/applications.. ?
