    Hiya!

Yeah, I'm new to this whole SSH business, and I could use some help... I've got my computer connected to the iPod via WinSCP, or whatever... But I only have two folders on my iPod, apparently... Library and Media... Where is the Applications folder and the files I see in all the tutorials, and such?

Press the .. button until you get to where it says Applications at the top.

Or select the drop-down box above the explorer and select root.

Oh, I see! At first I was a little confused, 'cause I already started in a folder called root, but apparently it was in <root>...

    Anyway, thanks!

    Another question...

I tried putting an .app folder inside the Applications folder with all the other .apps located... But what do I have to do to make it show up on my iPod? I tried rebooting, still nothing... Is there some procedure I have to go through first?

If your trying to install cracked apps, then your going to have to find the answer somewhere else, because discussion about that is not allowed here.
