This. The service is completely sh*t house. It doesn't even deserve to have that many people in there. 3/4 of the people who go in there don't buy anything. They just play with the shiny screens and waste time and take up the shop space. It took me about two hours to just speak to someone, then I had to wait another twenty minutes for my iPhone 4S to actually arrive. I haven't been back since.
