Apple Worded Slyly...

    Look at the way they worded that, one the apple website, multitasking... i know what they mean but dont you think that sounds a little like they mean backgrounding?

    No, it sounds like just what it says if you read it slowly, "you can make a phone call while emailing a photo or surfing the web over a wi-fi or 3G connection"

    If they had simply said "multitasks", it would have been far too ambiguous and your statement would have carried more validity. However, the second clause, which clarifies the preceding generic "multitasks", renders their sales pitch to be perfectly legitimate and not terribly misleading, in my opinion.
