iPhone 3G Apple warns of summer iPhone 3G and 3GS overheating

    I thought this may be an issue with the 3GS due to the improved hardware that comes with extra heat...I also wonder if it affects the Touch's as well. Any way thought I would share this to let you all know so you don't go cooking your iPhone's and iPod's.

    It would be to me if I had an iPhone and it overheated lol. I don't think many people would leave it in their car though for a long time if at all when it's like 100 degrees. If they do then it's their fault it broke.

    The thing that freaks me out though is the SMS problem lol

    I don't have a iPhone, however my Dad does and complains it gets very hot very quickly, he's out in Florida...maybe the 3GS wasn't a good idea without active component cooling..

    I heard Apple has always had problems with overheating lol. Is it true their macs have no fans? D:<

    my friends iphone started to steam.
    lmfao.
    she plugged it into her computer and like steam started to come out of it.

    it got reallly hot and everything haha

    funny lol.

    No, if that was the case they would last for like 4 seconds lul, theirs probably just the norm one exhaust fan....looks like yet another reason for Apple haters to preach about ¬.¬
