Bluray is a Failed experiment. :\
yeah hence the "..."
What do you mean by that how is it a failed experiment?
They came too late into the Game. Internet is getting faster and downloaded content is getting much more popular.
Not everyone has an HD TV, let alone one that utilizes the full beauty of 1080p, which requires at least a 42 inch TV.
Blu-Ray discs, players, and burners are STILL Way too expensive even after the price war between HD-DVD and Blu-ray.
Up Converting DVD/Blu-Ray players make your REGULAR DVD's show 1080p just as good as Blu-Ray. Note: PS3 is also Up converting. So Blu-Ray discs are pointless.
There really is no appeal to Blu-Ray whatsoever :/
I heard HD, and I heard Blu-Ray. That said, I have no need for a Blu-Ray burner. None whatsoever. A Blu-Ray player would have been great.
That makes sense
a player would have been nice how many blue ray movies are you going to be copying
not if comcast gets their way...AT&T already has a very strict 5GB a month download cap...and seeing as the FCC has stopped comcast from slowing down users connections(P2P) they will soon resort to download caps as well, and other internet providers will then follow...weather they will exlude internet tv and subscribtion services somehow, no one knows.
Whoawhoawhoa...this is news to me. We've had AT&T DSL for a looong time and I've downloaded upwards of 10 gigs a month and have never been called out for it.
