Apple just copied some features that most jailbreakers use

It does give people less incentive to jailbreak, but I think the multitasking was only to compete with Android, which is much further ahead the iPhone OS in regard to these things.

This upgrade was not just to make people stop jailbreaking, but to also have a better competition with Android and other Mobile OS's.

hmm partly i guess but i think the main intention is to compete with others i mean if they can't sell then jailbreaking would be the least of their concerns (since no one would use their devices) but also it just happens that most jailbreaks are to indeed enable features that competitors have anyways if that made any sense

the only reason apple wouldnt want a jailbreak is because they are losing money for pirating apps.

They give all the features that jailbreaking brings to make it that eventually the only use for jailbreaking will be for cracked apps.

Giving a bad stigma towards jailbreaking and making it look bad.
