I think they're saying this for all iPhone OS products. This includes iPod touch.

So what does this mean for the iPhone Dev-Team? They are against copyright infringement and piracy. Does this mean their going to stop jailbreaking new software as it comes out?

In the whole copyright PDF, the ipod touch is mentioned once. And thats talking about its "revolutionary new platform".

Jailbreaking an Iphone is illegal. Jailbreaking an ipod touch is not (From what I got when reading the PDF)

Thats rediculous. Even if you do jailbreak your iPod apple have no way of catching you.

I don't care what apple say. I'm still going to continue to jailbreak my iPod and release updates to QuickBoot.

    f*** you Apple.
