Apple Support

    Hej

    I sended my iPod touch to apple cause there was something wrong with it. When I go to the support page I see there is this:

    *

    Step 2 - Service
    Issue identified (18-Jan-2008)

    Step 3 - Return
    Replacement Product Shipped (21-Jan-2008)

    Does this mean that they send a brand new iPod? (tried to call support but my cellphone is broken ^^)
