Bought a new ipod nano from apple store, used it for 1 hour, and it breaks, no idea how but when you place the headphones in doesnt detect any headphones. I have used it for 1 hour and thats it, i've never dropped it or anything like that, i've USED it fro 1 hour. so i send it to them to repair as it is under warranty. and they have sent it back to me and refused to repair as they says its my fault its broken. Apple, thanks for your great customer service, especially since i been a good customer to you for years. This has really put me off buying from them now. Any one know how I can get this fixed?
