    Hey guys.

I just left the Apple Store after I tested jailbreaking one of the iPhone 4's.

I noticed that if you turn off the WiFi in Settings, you can access http://jailbreakme.com via 3G (AT&T)

Try it! It worked for me.

Yep, I went on a mission and now all of the iPhones on display in Christchurch, New Zealand are jailbroken.

A random lady went onto one of the iPhones and was like

"oooh you can tether your internet via wifi?"

and the store man guy was like:

    "no you can't"
"but im doing it right now with this app called MyWi"

and the store guy ran over and took the iPhone away into the back room and emerged with a new one.
little did he know that a minute later, it was jailbroken again.

I had my share of jailbreaking iPhones in the new Apple store in Southern California.

The apple store at the Polaris mall in Columbus, Ohio, does not block jailbreakme.com over wi-fi. I was just there today and it loaded the site fine.
