Apple specificly calling out on jailbreaking?

    Does this is Apple is going against jailbreaking in it's EULA directly

    It voids you warranty obviously, so of course its in their EULA

    Yes, i understand this, but it's the first time they're actually mentioning Jailbreaking

    We've all gotten over Apple's attitude to Jailbreaking. They're just whining because they can't dictate what we can and can't put on an iPod touch/iPhone.

    They can't. Jailbreaking isn't illegal.

    I don't see why Apple is so against it. They should take my advice: If you can't beat em', join them. Think how sales would go up if they'd allow it.
