    This is something I would expect from Apple, not sure if it's good or bad, but at least they are doing something.

    this might just be done if you send your phone in for repairs, all articals about apple recalling iphones, would cost apple a reported 1.5 billion dollars, which is unlikely to happen.

    I didn't get mine until last week . . . it's exactly as the article describes as a "new" model, and I have yet to be able to replicate the reception issue.
