    Got my email as well but got denied, I guess they only want a receipt which I never recieved in the mail :(

    Get your Apple Store Invoice Receipt online. Save it as a .pdf and convert it to a .jpg and attach that. That's what I did and it worked.

    I sent my claim the 26th of July and they sent me my code the 29th.
