Apple Preparing Something For Developers?

    I went to check out iOS 4.2 so I went to developer.apple.com . I went to iOS Dev Center and I got this:

    Seems that apples up to something or there just making a few adjustments. I think they might be updating the sight with a 4.2 beta for Apple TV. Have an idea of what it is? Please Comment.

    The real question is, I thought you needed a Mac to download the stuff on that site. I see windows.

    It's cached image and can be pulled up anytime you like.
