They also mention that Samsung Devices are 'Not as cool' as said by the Judge. So Apple still manage to state that they have the better product, b*tching once again

Of couse they should have. If the court found Apple voided some patents, then fine. But who is gonna read this? Honestly? I really think Samsung got nothing out of this.

Don't Apple have to run ads of some sort also?!

This will go on for years, I can't believe the childishness of the two companies, and to state that a product "isn't as cool" is childish in itself. It's like comparing apples to oranges, no pun intended.

Maybe they already have? Probably stuck it in small print at the end of one of their ads so you would need a set of binoculours to see.

I have to wonder if the court will say this satisfies their order or if Apple will be held in contempt of court. It's pretty clear to me that this is not what the court had in mind.

Do I think it is fair? Yes. If they had waited for the verdict before accusing Samsung of copying in the press I'd be more against the ordered apology. The trashing in the media was a clear attempt to damange Samsung's brand, done without legal grounds.

It depends on your opinion. Some say it's the brand. Some say it's the mOS. Some say it's the Apps, the screen, the etc. You're not the only one out there. I think the Nexus is a fabulous device, but Apple certainly is a much more well known brand. Heck, I bought an iPod Nano clone in Asia.
