Apple just opened up a new live chat for on-the-spot help. It is currently only for iMac support or iPod support. You can view it here: http://www.apple.com/support/chat/ I am though facing a problem of getting in. I type in my iPods serial number (my iPod has extended warranty) and it says "The product type you chose does not match the serial number you entered. Please choose a different product type or enter a new serial number." But I never even chose a product type.................... and I dont know where to go to tell apple that i want help for my iPod and not my iMac.
